Chapala Meditation Community is an informal group of practitioners who gather to practice meditation and mindfulness and learn from one another.
All forms of silent meditation are welcome. We’re a diverse group that includes seasoned meditators and newcomers to practice. While some participants have a background in Buddhism, CMC is independent, peer-led and supportive of all secular and spiritual paths that emphasize meditation and mindfulness.
